Kloostrimetsa is a trademark which operates and produces at the Korjuse-Vanapere farm.
We are mainly dedicated to growing apples and making cider. From cider we also make cider vinegar and cider jelly. In early spring, we stock up and sell maple and birch sap, and the home kitchen of the farm prepares several jams, juices and syrups during the season.
We manage organically, we produce and consume solar energy. We care about the nature - we have the Wildlife Estates label.
VISIT TO KLOOSTRIMETSA CIDER HOUSE
Kloostrimetsa Cider House is located in the Korjuse-Vanapere Farm, which has roots dating back to the Middle Ages and is closely linked to the local Padise Monastery. We produce organic cider in the traditional way in the historical farm. We only use our own apples to make fizzy and still ciders.
During the visit, you will taste our ciders with seasonal snacks and learn about the cider house and farm.
