Värska Spa Resort

The spa complex, located in Setomaa, on the shores of Lake Lämmijärv, amid pine forests, includes a resort and a water park partly based on Värska mineral water, with several pools, attractions and a small slide for children.Freshwater therapeutic Värska Bay mud and mineral water baths, plus a wide range of treatments, massages and procedures. The water park has a sauna complex with a steam sauna, 75 and 90 degree Finnish saunas, an infrared sauna and a pool with cold mineral water.

Värska Resort is unique in Estonia for its arsenal of treatments. We offer rejuvenation with natural remedies - freshwater mud and Värska mineral water. Freshwater therapeutic mud is 10 times richer in organic substances than sea mud and is rich in sulphur hydrogen, and is considered to be one of the world's most unique therapeutic freshwater mud. Värska mud contains high levels of estrogen, which makes it unsurpassed in skin rejuvenating properties. The mud is diluted with 570 million year old ultra salty Värska water, which in turn produces a truly unique combination.

In addition to the therapeutic mud and mineral water, visitors to the resort can also enjoy electric, laser, paraffin and salt treatments, a variety of massages, physiotherapy, therapeutic gymnastics and much more. The procedures are carried out under the watchful eye of professionals (doctors, nurses) and the safety of the clients is guaranteed by trained, experienced and caring staff.
