Location: the farm is located 15 km from the centre of Tallinn, drive along the Tallinn-Tartu road towards the settlement of Jüri.
The Kivi farm is a 3.7 hectare property and has been in operation since 2002. We offer accommodation, party organisation, camping services for campers and caravanners. In addition, seminars and corporate summer days can be organised here. A small barbecue house allows us to organise barbecues for up to 6 people all year round.
Saunas: There is a "Russian-type" sauna in the guest house for larger groups. There is an igloo-sauna on the floating pier on the pond.
Additional facilities: Swimming pool, bathing area, children's playground, sports field, tennis court, campfire site/barbecue, billiards. The Jüri sports hall is 400 m from the farm, and the 5.2 km long lit Jüri health trail is in the immediate vicinity.
Accommodation (21+9 places)
Accommodation: with extra places we can accommodate up to 30 people.
HOUSE 1 (guest house): There are 3 rooms in total (with 2, 3 and 6 beds). The toilet is in the corridor upstairs and the shower is in the sauna on the ground floor. The kitchenette and sauna are on the ground floor.
HOUSE 2 ('Forgotten workshop'): 4 rooms in total (3 and 4 beds). Shower and toilet are located in the bedroom complex. Possibility to use the kitchen.
Price: Accommodation from 22€/person. Possibility to rent the entire house. Igloo sauna 48€/hour.
Caravan camping (30 places)
Total: 30 caravan sites, plus 50 tent sites.
Parking for caravans is possible on grass or hard surface. The price of the camping service includes a place for a car/trailer, a tent and the use of showers and toilets. The pitch is equipped with electricity and waste water can be disposed of.
The entire property is fenced and there are security cameras.
We can be reached from Tallinn by public transport and, if you wish, safely by bicycle.
Price: Starting from 23 €/camper van in summer. From 30 € / camper van in winter.
