Küla Villa is a place where you can forget everyday life and enjoy special moments with your loved ones. We look forward to welcoming you!

Küla Villa is located near Tallinn, in Kajamaa. The uniquely designed main house and sauna house provide an inspiring atmosphere for trainings and seminars, while the scenic natural surroundings make it ideal for weddings, birthdays, and company summer or winter days.

On the ground floor of the main house, there is a spacious kitchen hall (60 m²), perfect for cooking together with a group or relaxing by the fireplace. Seating for up to 30 guests. The second floor has a hall (60 m²) with sofas and armchairs. Seating for up to 25 guests. From the hall, you can access the second-floor terrace with seating for up to 40.
The new wing of the main house includes a large party hall for up to 100 guests. A stage is available for the band and a kitchen for catering. Accommodation is also available.
A cozy sauna house (for up to 10 people) by the lake features a hot tub and a glass sauna.
A romantic cottage for two and Metsahaldja Villa for four.
Glamping tents nestled in nature.

We offer leisure activities in cooperation with trusted partners: Psühhobuss – science-based shows, workshops, and refreshing interludes to stimulate attention. Experience games that let you try something new. Paintball to add excitement to your day! A stylish photo booth to capture your event.

Additional options: a swimming area, volleyball court, campfire site, saunas, SUP boards, outdoor cinema screen.
Extra services: catering, bar service, massage, yoga, Pilates training, and Alexander Technique workshops.

Romantic cottage (2 places)

The romantic cottage is a small, cozy house by the pond with a beautiful view. In addition to a spacious living room, the house features an open kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and a bedroom. What makes the hut special are the art-filled walls and a collection of art books to browse while relaxing on the sofa. It’s the perfect place to watch the sunset, sip a cup of tea, and talk with your partner until the early hours of the morning.
Price: from €75 per night (depending on the day of the week and length of stay)

Metsahaldja Villa (4 places)

Metsahaldja Villa offers relaxation in the sauna, refreshing swims in the pond, and beautiful sunsets on the terrace. It's ideal for a romantic getaway, quality time with family, or enjoying a sauna evening with friends.
Price: from €80 per night (depending on the day of the week and number of guests)

Sauna house (8 places)

The two-storey sauna house is located near the main house, on the shore of the lake.
The sauna house is surrounded by a terrace and a natural stone wall, which features an outdoor fireplace built into it.
On the ground floor, there is a sauna, and on the second floor, two bedrooms and a lounge area. Up to 8 guests can enjoy an overnight stay in the sauna house.

Main house (6 + 1 room)

In the new wing of the main house, there are 4 double rooms and 2 family rooms. A bathroom with 2 showers is available.
In the old wing of the main house, there is a bedroom with a wide bed and a seating area for 8 people. The room includes a balcony and a spacious bathroom.

Both wings of the main house are connected internally!

Glamping area (7 tents)

Cozy glamping tents with all comforts – equipped with comfortable beds, soft pillows, blankets, and bed linen. Each tent has lighting and power outlets for charging mobile devices. Toilets and shower facilities are located right next to the glamping area.
